Techmantra Global is currently hiring for an IT Project Manager to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Title: IT Project Manager
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)
Job Summary Lead and deliver enterprise IT projects from initiation to closure, managing large-scale technology implementations (particularly ERP/CRM projects) while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and project governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with business, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Manage project governance, change management, and quality assurance.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP Certification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years managing complex IT projects.
- Proven experience delivering ERP/CRM implementation projects.
- Experience managing multi-vendor environments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies, with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project delivery experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCC project experience.
- PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
