سعودی عرب سے مستقل واپسی کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں؟ خروجِ نہائی کی درخواست سے پہلے اپنی دستاویزات، قانونی حیثیت اور مالی معاملات کا جائزہ لیں۔

📋 ضروری دستاویزات اور شرائط

✅ پاسپورٹ کی میعاد
پاسپورٹ کم از کم 60 دن کے لیے کارآمد ہونا چاہیے۔

✅ اقامہ کی میعاد
اقامہ کی میعاد کم از کم 30 دن باقی ہونی چاہیے۔ اس سے کم ہونے پر پہلے تجدید ضروری ہے۔

✅ ٹریفک جرمانے
اپنے نام پر درج تمام ٹریفک جرمانے ادا کریں۔

✅ گاڑی کی ملکیت
خروجِ نہائی جاری کروانے سے پہلے یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کے نام پر کوئی گاڑی رجسٹرڈ نہ ہو۔

✅ قانونی حیثیت
ہروب رپورٹ، سفری پابندی یا کسی دوسری قانونی رکاوٹ کی صورت میں متعلقہ سرکاری ادارے سے اپنی حیثیت واضح کروائیں۔

پوسٹ پیڈ سم، موبائل اور انٹرنیٹ بل، اقساط اور دیگر واجبات چیک کریں۔ غیر ضروری سروسز بند کروائیں اور ادائیگی کی رسیدیں محفوظ رکھیں۔

💼 ملازمت کے واجبات
باقی تنخواہ، چھٹیوں کے واجبات اور قابلِ اطلاق اختتامی فوائد کا حساب مکمل کروائیں۔ رقم وصول کرنے کے بعد ہی وصولی کی تصدیق کریں۔

📌 اہم وضاحت
بلوں اور سروسز کے معاملات نمٹانا واپسی کی تیاری کا حصہ ہے؛ اسے ہر صورت میں ویزا جاری ہونے کی لازمی شرط نہ سمجھیں۔

✈️ روانگی کی آخری تاریخ
ویزا جاری ہونے کے بعد اس پر درج آخری تاریخ چیک کریں اور مقررہ مدت میں سفر کریں۔

✅ اپنی درخواست کی اہلیت اور متعلقہ شرائط کی تصدیق ابشر، مقیم یا جوازات کے سرکاری ذرائع سے کریں۔

✅ Iqama Validity

Pay all traffic fines registered against you.

✅ Vehicle Ownership
Ensure that no vehicle is registered in your name before your final exit visa is issued.

✅ Legal Status
If you have an absence-from-work report, travel restriction or another legal obstacle, clarify your status with the relevant government authority.

📱 SETTLE YOUR FINANCIAL MATTERS
Check postpaid SIM accounts, mobile and internet bills, instalments and other outstanding commitments. Cancel services you no longer need and keep payment receipts.

Review your outstanding salary, leave payments and applicable end-of-service benefits. Confirm receipt only after receiving the payment.

📌 IMPORTANT
Settling bills and cancelling services are part of departure preparation; they should not be treated as universal conditions for visa issuance.

✈️ CHECK YOUR DEPARTURE DEADLINE
Once your visa is issued, check its stated expiry date and travel within the permitted period.
