Responsibilities:
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track purchase orders and resolve delays.
- Monitor and update procurement status reports and expediting logs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and support invoice processing with vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Procurement.
- 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes, invoicing, and coordination.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
