URGENT HIRING | Document Controller – China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI)

China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its ongoing Diriyah Project in Riyadh.

🔹 Position

Document Controller
Experience: Minimum 5 years

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage project documents, records, and correspondence
• Control document issuance, distribution, and revisions
• Maintain document registers and tracking logs
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams
• Manage document submissions, approvals, and transmittals
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and document accessibility
• Prepare document control reports and status updates
• Ensure compliance with project document control procedures

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction/EPC projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Experience with Aconex or similar platforms preferred
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and workflows
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Good command of English

• Candidates with strong construction/EPC experience
• Experience in residential or commercial building projects
• Candidates available to join immediately
