Techmantra Global is currently hiring for an IT Project Manager to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Job Summary Lead and deliver enterprise IT projects from initiation to closure, managing large-scale technology implementations (particularly ERP/CRM projects) while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and project governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with business, technical teams, and external vendors.
Manage project governance, change management, and quality assurance.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP Certification (Mandatory).
Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years managing complex IT projects.
Proven experience delivering ERP/CRM implementation projects.
Experience managing multi-vendor environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies, with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project delivery experience.

Preferred Qualifications

GCC project experience.
PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
