🛡️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
🔹 Supervise health, safety and environmental activities
🔹 Conduct site inspections and safety audits
🔹 Identify hazards and implement corrective measures
🔹 Monitor compliance with safety standards and project requirements
🔹 Lead incident investigations and prepare reports
🔹 Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
🔹 Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices
🔹 Maintain HSE documentation and records
🔹 Coordinate with project management, supervisors and workers
🔹 Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project
👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE
✅ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
✅ Strong HSE/Safety management background
✅ Construction/project experience
✅ Knowledge of HSE standards and procedures
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Relevant HSE qualifications/certifications are advantageous
✅ SEC project experience may be preferred
