JOB OPPORTUNITY – FINANCE MANAGER

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Company: Confidential – Infrastructure Project Company / SPV
Industry: Water, Wastewater & Power Utilities
Project Environment: PPP / Project Finance

Salary: SAR 25,000 – 40,000/month (based on experience)

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead financial and accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Manage PPP / Project Finance structures
• Maintain lender relationships and track debt service, reserve accounts, and financial covenants
• Oversee financial operations for the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) side
• Lead financial modelling, cash flow management, and treasury strategy
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi tax laws, and ZATCA regulations

📋 REQUIREMENTS
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience with a managerial track record
• Strong background in PPP / Project Finance
• Experience in Water, Wastewater, Energy, Power, or Utilities
• Experience working within an SPV, JV, or consortium environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or ACA are highly advantageous
