Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in fitout projects in the GCC.
Bachelors in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proven experience in reviewing IFC packages and overseeing the preparation and coordination of shop drawings.
Coordination & review of subcontractor/vendor drawings and technical submissions
Strong knowledge & experience in RFI, BOQ, material selection & site coordination.
Ability to lead draftsmen and modelers

Must be locally available in KSA with valid IQAMA and able to join immediately (within 1 week) upon selection.
