If you have strong experience in BIM modeling, shop drawing preparation, and concrete detailing, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in structural BIM modeling, shop drawings, and concrete detailing.
• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Structural Detailing (ASD).
• Technical Expertise: Ability to independently produce accurate discipline-specific BIM models, detailed shop drawings, and concrete dimensions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of structural drawings, dimensions, detailing standards, and coordination requirements.
• Availability: Ability to commit to an agreed number of working hours per day or week on a part-time basis.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, technical skills, and availability.
