Responsibilities:

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track purchase orders and resolve delays.
• Monitor and update procurement status reports and expediting logs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and support invoice processing with vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Procurement.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes, invoicing, and coordination.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
