🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher in IT or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Previous experience in IT and technical support
• Good knowledge of hardware, software and networks
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Ability to work in the field

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to employees and branches
• Troubleshoot internet and network issues
• Diagnose and repair technical equipment and hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve surveillance camera issues
• Follow up on attendance/fingerprint systems and resolve related issues
• Manage and renew Microsoft Office and Mac software licenses
• Follow up on technical faults and ensure timely resolution
