HR Manager Job Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in an HR leadership position.
- Strong professional experience in the Healthcare / Medical sector – required.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be expected to support and manage key HR functions, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance with Saudi employment regulations.
