A leading Engineering Consultancy Company is hiring qualified Saudi national professionals to work on Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Supervision projects in Madinah.

🔹 1. ARCHITECT ENGINEER

Job Code: MEDF05

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Facility Management, O&M, and supervision projects
• Proficiency in relevant engineering/design software
• Ability to monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination skills with O&M teams and other engineering disciplines

🔹 2. QUALITY ENGINEER

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project quality control
• Experience in Facility Management, O&M, and supervision projects
• Good knowledge of QA/QC systems and procedures
• Experience handling non-conformities, inspections, audits, and quality reports
• Proficiency in relevant software

🔹 3. HSE ENGINEER

Job Code: MEDF07

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Occupational Health & Safety and Risk Management
• Experience in Facility Management, O&M, and supervision projects
• Ability to identify and assess risks and monitor safety procedures
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on observations and corrective actions
• Proficiency in relevant software

🌟 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Required experience must be met for each position
✔️ Strong background in Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) is essential
✔️ Good reporting, coordination, follow-up, and supervision skills
