🎯 KEY REQUIREMENTS
▪️ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
▪️ 5–7 years of experience in mechanical construction projects
▪️ Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia
▪️ Strong experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Systems
▪️ Experience in Mechanical Design, BIM, Shop Drawings, Site Execution & Supervision
▪️ Experience in residential, commercial, office or fit-out projects
▪️ Strong knowledge of Saudi codes, standards and construction practices
▪️ Ability to coordinate with Civil, Architectural and other disciplines
▪️ Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
▪️ Good communication and teamwork skills
▪️ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment

Candidates should have direct and relevant Mechanical Engineering experience covering:
✔️ Mechanical Design
✔️ BIM
✔️ Shop Drawings
✔️ Site Execution
✔️ Supervision
