📋 POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS

🔴 SENIOR ARCHITECTS

5–7 years of architectural design experience at consulting firms.

🔴 JUNIOR ARCHITECTS

3 years of architectural design experience at consulting firms.

Requirements for Both Architectural Positions:

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.

Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.

Strong design, time management, and teamwork skills.

Experience in design development and technical detailing.

Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, 3DS MAX, and Lumion.

Proficiency in preparing 2D drawings and details.

🔴 CIVIL ENGINEERS – STRUCTURAL DESIGN

8 years of experience in structural design and site supervision at consulting firms.

Proficiency in structural analysis, design, and technical drawing software.

Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and occupational health and safety requirements.

🔴 MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

5–7 years of experience in design only.

🔴 ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

5–7 years of experience in design only.

🔴 INTERIOR DESIGN ENGINEERS

3–5 years of experience.
