📋 REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

15+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role within a large organization.

Healthcare sector experience is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is required.

Strong expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), fixed assets, and financial closing.

Excellent knowledge of international accounting standards, internal controls, and Saudi financial regulations.

Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

CPA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage.
