Senior Mechanical Engineer (Site Execution) (Landscape / Irrigation)

- Project Scope: Landscape, Hardscape, and Softscape Works
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the execution of Landscape Irrigation Systems at the site.
- Oversee the installation of Irrigation Networks, Main Lines, Distribution Networks, Pump Stations, Water Tanks, Filters, Valves, and Control Systems.
- Review IFC Drawings, Irrigation Shop Drawings, Specifications, and Material Submittals.
- Supervise Drip Irrigation and Sprinkler Irrigation Systems.
- Coordinate irrigation works with Softscape, Hardscape, Civil Works, and other utilities.
- Follow up on Pressure Testing, Flushing, Testing & Commissioning of irrigation networks.
- Review and follow up on Method Statements, ITPs, IRs/WIRs, MIRs, and RFIs.
- Monitor subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with the Consultant to resolve site technical issues.
- Assist in reviewing hydraulic calculations and pump requirements when required.
Qualifications & Preferences
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in Landscape Irrigation Systems, Pump Stations, and infrastructure/public realm projects (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
- Preference: Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with relevant landscape/irrigation experience.
