🔹 Project Manager / Construction Manager – Civil • 25+ years total experience
• 10+ years KSA experience
• Consultancy / Construction Supervision
• Large-scale project management
• Civil Engineering background
🔹 Senior Architect – Technical Office • 20+ years total experience
• 10+ years KSA experience
• Strong Technical Office experience
• Drawings, submittals, shop drawings & material approvals
🔹 HSE Engineer • 10+ years total experience
• 5+ years KSA experience
• Construction & site supervision experience
• HSE standards, inspections, risk assessment & compliance
🔹 Structural Inspector / Steel Expert • 10+ years total experience
• 5+ years KSA experience
• Strong civil inspection & construction supervision experience
• Excellent knowledge of drawings, specifications & quality requirements
🔹 Electrical Inspector • BSc Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years KSA site experience
• Knowledge of SBC, IEC & NFPA
• Construction supervision consultancy experience
• Transferable Iqama preferred
🔹 Mechanical Inspector • BSc Mechanical Engineering mandatory
• 10+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years KSA site experience
• HVAC, chillers, hydronic, firefighting & fuel systems
• Knowledge of NFPA, SBC & ASHRAE
• Transferable Iqama preferred
