• Technical Skills: Strong background in site supervision, civil works, QA/QC, technical evaluations, measurements, and inspections.
• Documentation: Proficient in project reporting, construction documentation, and technical compliance.
• Operations & Growth: Excellent communication skills, adaptable, and capable of assisting in marketing or business development to secure new project opportunities.
• Mobility: Able to conduct multi-site visits and provide technical guidance to management.
