📋 KEY REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 15 years in civil construction and infrastructure.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise in Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), site surveying, drawing interpretation, execution, structural estimation, and project billing.
• Strong familiarity with Aramco, SEC, or SABIC site standards.
