📋 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven track record in quantity surveying, cost management, measurement, and site variation claims.
• Strong knowledge of site-based quantity verification and project documentation.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and technical skills.
