💼 Position: Talent Development Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee learning and development programs.
• Support talent management and career development initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs across the organization.
• Coordinate learning programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and management to support organizational development goals.

🔹 Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or HR.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of employee development and talent management practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
