We are looking for a motivated and organized Document Controller to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:
Experience as a Document Controller in construction, manufacturing, fit-out, or related industries.

Good knowledge of document control procedures, document numbering systems, and document lifecycle management.

Experience in managing project documentation, transmittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, inspection requests, and project records.

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ready for immediate joining.

Must be currently based in Riyadh.
