🔴 DETECTION ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

📍 LOCATION Doha, Qatar

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

📋 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 6 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in Detection Engineering, SIEM Engineering or Senior SOC roles.

Hands-on production experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) / SPL or FortiSIEM.

Strong expertise in SIEM correlation rules, detection use cases and alert tuning.

Experience with MITRE ATT&CK, threat hunting and threat intelligence.

Knowledge of Risk-Based Alerting (RBA), false-positive reduction and incident investigation.

Experience in SOC environments and security monitoring operations.

🎓 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Relevant IT or Cybersecurity degree and security certifications.
