📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. • 4–6 years of experience in IT application support within a healthcare setting. • Strong knowledge of hospital systems: EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS, and PACS. • Experience in application troubleshooting, system integration, and technical support. • Familiarity with MOH, CBAHI, and JCI requirements. • Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms. • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
