🔴 IT HELP DESK / IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

📍 LOCATION Dammam, Saudi Arabia
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, Outlook and user accounts.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
Handle Active Directory user creation, password resets and access management.
Support CCTV, biometric devices, PBX and other IT peripherals when required.
Coordinate with vendors and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.
Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.

✅ REQUIREMENTS Practical experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support or IT Support.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, switches and Wi-Fi.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Candidates based in Dammam or willing to relocate are preferred.
Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
